Every Basrim programme follows a structured process to ensure the training delivers real capability, not just attendance. From initial conversation to post-programme certification.
We begin with a conversation. Before designing any programme, we take time to understand your organisation, your team, your industry, and the specific outcomes you are trying to achieve. This is not a sales call - it is the foundation of everything that follows.
We conduct a structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify the capability gaps, skill deficits, and learning objectives relevant to your team. For CIDB programmes, this aligns with accreditation requirements. For HRDC and tailor-made programmes, it shapes the entire design.
Based on the TNA, our practitioner trainers design the programme - content, structure, activities, case studies, and materials. For CIDB programmes, this follows the accredited curriculum. For tailor-made engagements, every element is built specifically for your organisation and context.
Delivery is handled by our practitioner trainers - people who have done the work themselves. Sessions are conducted on-site or at a venue of your choice, and are built around real case studies, practical exercises, and genuine industry experience. Not slides and theory.
Where applicable, participants undergo assessments to demonstrate learning outcomes. For CIDB programmes, assessments follow the accreditation requirements. For corporate programmes, we design assessments that measure practical capability, not just knowledge recall.
Participants who successfully complete the programme receive the relevant certification - CIDB accreditation, HRD Corp documentation, or Basrim completion certificates as appropriate. We handle all required paperwork and submission to the relevant bodies on your behalf.
